Less time chasing tasks. More time running your business.
I help Quincy business owners put practical AI to work on the admin, follow-ups, and daily routines that keep pulling them away from their customers. You stay in control; the assistant prepares the work.

For owner-led businesses in Quincy and nearby communities with recurring admin or follow-up problems.
Your customers’ AI assistants are coming. Is your business ready to answer?
Prepare approved information and route inquiries without letting an agent make commitments for you. I help local businesses get ready to receive inquiries from customer agents while a person stays in control of price, schedule, and exceptions.
Start with the task you keep putting off.
You don’t need to know which AI tool to buy. Bring me a recurring problem. We’ll work out whether an agent, a simple automation, or a better process is the right fix.
- Keep up with inquiries. Organize incoming requests, draft replies for your review, and flag conversations that still need a response.
- Know what needs attention. Bring open tasks, commitments, and deadlines into one brief you can actually use.
- Cut the repeat admin. Connect forms, spreadsheets, and email so you stop copying and pasting the same details.
- Make your know-how usable. Turn approved procedures into a searchable reference that points back to the source.
How I work
I would rather earn your business by being useful than win it by outselling everyone. The goal is not to replace people or chase every new tool. It is to make one important workflow work better, with clear limits and a result you can check.
What’s an AI agent?
Think of an assistant that can use information and tools to carry out a defined task. We decide what it can access, what it may do, and when it must ask you first.
Is this a fit?
A good fit
You run a local shop, service business, or small office. You want hands-on help with a specific recurring problem, and you’re willing to test a small change.
Probably not a fit
You need a large-company rollout, a custom enterprise platform, or an agent that makes sensitive decisions without human review.
See the decisions, not just the answer
A fictional repair shop receives a customer request. Choose a message and see what an assistant should prepare, what it should question, and where the owner stays in control.
A real workflow: my weekly inventory order
I built an agent that calculates replenishment from current stock reports and prepares my supplier’s real browser cart. It saves and checks the cart; I review it and submit the purchase myself.
The cart workflow has been exercised. The first scheduled fresh-report run is still pending verification. My guardrails cover stock freshness, case conversions, shortages, minimum-order additions, and protecting a shared cart.

A few practical questions
Do I need new software? Not necessarily. We’ll look at what you already use first. Any new subscriptions or tools should have a clear purpose and an agreed cost.
What does a project cost? The scope comes first. We’ll discuss the work, software costs, and any ongoing support before you commit. A project starts with a clear scope; no specific return is promised.
Will an agent send messages or change records on its own? Only if you approve that behavior. A first setup can stay in read-only or draft-only mode while you check its work. Access and actions should be limited to what the task needs.
Do you work with businesses outside Quincy? My focus is Quincy and nearby smaller communities. If you’re a local owner in the area, tell me about your business. Large companies and major-city accounts aren’t the direction of this practice.
